Maruti Nexa October 2026 discounts: Grand Vitara, Invicto, XL6 and e Vitara offers

Maruti Nexa discounts for October 2026 are headlined at up to ₹1.36 lakh, and that number is real, but it is a ceiling that only one version of one car reaches. Our latest Short put the figure in the title and left out the fine print: ₹11,000 of that total was a Pre-Navratri booking bonus that ended on 10 October, and most of the rest depends on an exchange car, loyalty status and where you register the car. This page breaks down what each Nexa model actually gets, what has already expired, and how to read an “up to” offer before you walk into the showroom.

Maruti Nexa October 2026 offers at a glance

  • Biggest headline: up to ₹1.36 lakh on the Grand Vitara Sigma petrol manual.
  • Expired: the Pre-Navratri booking offer, which ran from 1 to 10 October.
  • End date for the rest: not stated in any report we found, so check with your dealer.
  • No offer: the facelifted Baleno, per Autocar India.
  • All figures are ex-showroom, dated 7 October 2026, and “may vary by city, dealership and stock”.

Maruti Nexa discounts model by model: what each car gets

The breakdown below follows Autocar India’s October offers report, cross-checked against Autopunditz and Trak.in.

What has already expired

The only offer with a printed end date is the Pre-Navratri booking benefit, which ran from 1 to 10 October. As of 14 October it is over. That matters for the headline cars: the Grand Vitara Sigma’s ₹1.36 lakh includes ₹11,000 of it, so the figure is closer to ₹1.25 lakh now. The XL6 petrol drops by the same ₹11,000, and the Fronx turbo by ₹7,100. That subtraction is our arithmetic, not a number Maruti or the dealers have published, so treat it as an estimate and ask for the current sheet.

The other offers had no end date in any source we checked. One of our own descriptions mentioned 31 October for a different brand, and we found no such date for Nexa, so do not assume the offers run to month end. Dealers can change them when stock changes.

How to read Maruti Nexa discounts before you go to the showroom

An “up to” figure is the sum of every benefit stacked together, and Trak.in points out that these maximums “do not necessarily represent direct cash discounts”. A buyer without an old car to exchange cannot claim the exchange or additional exchange amounts. Autocar India notes that the exchange offer applies to cars up to 10 years old, and the additional bonus to cars up to 6 years old. Loyalty needs an existing Maruti in your family, and corporate needs an eligible employer. For the Grand Vitara Sigma, only ₹35,000 of the ₹1.36 lakh is plain cash.

The zero road tax on the strong hybrid needs a separate warning. Autopunditz says the actual saving “could vary significantly depending on registration location”, and none of the reports lists the states or rates. The ₹1.85 lakh is therefore the best case, and in some states it will be much lower. Ask for the final on-road price in writing, with and without exchange, and compare that number across dealers, not the poster.

The e Vitara offer, explained

The Maruti e Vitara gets up to ₹30,000, and it is an exchange benefit. Reports from Spinny and Autopunditz add that it is ₹30,000 for cars up to 10 years old and ₹20,000 for older ones, though we saw that split only in secondary coverage, not in Autocar India’s report. The free home charger and its installation are listed with the offer. Autopunditz says they fall under the Pre-Navratri scheme, while Autocar does not mark them as time-limited, so confirm with the dealer that the charger is still included before you rely on it.

A note on our Short

Our Short said the strong hybrids get zero road tax of up to ₹1.85 lakh and a five-year warranty, and that the Grand Vitara gets up to ₹1.36 lakh. Both are reported correctly as maximums, but the Short did not say that the Pre-Navratri portion ended on 10 October, that the road tax benefit varies by state, or that most of the headline needs an exchange car. It also compared the Nexa range with the Creta and Seltos in the title, which is a question about which car you want, not a measure of the discount. The Short’s description also described the offers as available “in October”, which is true of the scheme but not of every component.

Should you buy a Nexa car now?

Buy now if you already know you want a Grand Vitara, Invicto or XL6, you have an eligible car to exchange, and a dealer gives you a final on-road quote that beats the other brands in writing. In that case the stacked benefits are real money.

Compare first if you have no exchange car or are choosing between midsize SUVs. Without the exchange and loyalty parts, the Grand Vitara Sigma’s cash benefit is closer to ₹35,000, and a rival’s flat cash offer can be better. Also skip the Baleno if you want a discount, because it has none.

We have not tested these cars for this story. This page uses published offer reports, and offers change often, so we will update it when new October or November schemes appear. For more, see car news, watch the Short in our Shorts feed, and read the cars launching this week.

Maruti Nexa discounts FAQs

How much are Maruti Nexa discounts in October 2026?

The highest headline is up to ₹1.36 lakh, on the Grand Vitara Sigma petrol manual. Other models range from ₹27,100 on the Fronx turbo to ₹95,000 on the Invicto, and the Baleno facelift gets none.

Is the Pre-Navratri offer still valid?

No. The Pre-Navratri booking offer ran from 1 to 10 October 2026 and has ended. It accounted for ₹11,000 of the Grand Vitara Sigma headline and the XL6 petrol, and ₹7,100 of the Fronx turbo.

Is the Nexa discount all cash?

No. The headline combines cash, exchange, additional exchange, loyalty and corporate benefits. On the Grand Vitara Sigma, only ₹35,000 is cash, so you need an eligible exchange car and loyalty status to reach the full figure.

Does the Grand Vitara strong hybrid really get zero road tax?

Autocar India reports zero road tax worth up to ₹1.85 lakh on strong hybrid variants, but the saving depends on where the car is registered. Ask your dealer for the exact amount for your state.

Does the e Vitara get a free charger?

Reports say the e Vitara gets up to ₹30,000 in exchange benefits plus a free charger and home installation. Confirm with the dealer that the charger is still included, because one report ties it to the Pre-Navratri scheme.

The Nexa headline of ₹1.36 lakh is a ceiling for one car with the right exchange, and about ₹11,000 of it has already ended, so ask each dealer for a written on-road quote.
